Litter and Waste was the first theme they chose to deal with, and they tried to find ways of eliminating litter and reduce waste output in the school. On Thursday 19th May the class of 2022 celebrated their last day of class. In the morning the sixth years were treated to breakfast in the dining hall followed by the now traditional Students/Staff soccer match. This year victory went to the Staff! A game of rounders was also played and, again, the Staff team came out on top. In a cold and wet Galway the SGS team met Coláiste Iognáid (Jes) Galway to battle it out in the Final of the Connacht Schools Senior Rugby Cup.
