Emma Brennan, Performance Nutritionist with IRFU meets with SGS students

On The evening of Wednesday the 1st of October, the SGS Parent Association organized for past student and expert performance nutritionist Emma Brennan to visit our school to meet with our student body. Her informative talk advised our students about making better choices around their food sources and thinking more about food as the best source for fueling the body. Emma’s visit comes on the back of ongoing work in the SGS community that focuses around a healthy eating policy. This policy is focused on making more nutritional food choices and aims to promote ways on how best to fuel the body whether for study, sport, leisure activities or sustainable health.
