Junior Cycle Award Winner

Congratulations to TY student, Diarmaid O’Connell who received an award in recognition of his excellent result in the 2022 Junior Cycle Irish exam. The Special Irish Recognition Award was presented by University of Galway to students across Connacht who achieved over 90% in their Junior Cycle Irish exam. Diarmaid was one of less than 100 students in the Western Region who achieved this result in the exam. Diarmaid and his teacher, Emer Breslin, attended the event in UG on Monday evening.
